**International Cruise Terminal - SSA Mexico**
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our Staff wearing Top Cozumel Tours uniforms will be waiting by the Hard Rock Cafe.

**Puerta Maya - Cruise Terminal **
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Kindly walk 100 yards towards downtown. Across the street you will find a Pemex Gas Station and right next door a 7-Eleven. Our Staff wearing Top Cozumel Tours uniforms will be waiting outside the convenience store.

**Punta Langosta - Cruise Terminal**
Exit your Cruise Terminal and walk through the bridge to Punta Langosta Mall. Kindly proceed to the Starbucks right next to the lighthouse. Our Staff wearing Top Cozumel Tours Club uniforms will be waiting right outside.

**Hotel/Airbnb/Playa del Carmen Participants**
Select one Pick Up Poin of the above list, include the name in your booking information and meet us accordingly.

• Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old presenting an ID
• Snorkeling is not available for people with heart/lung problems, asthma, epilepsy, recent surgery (6 months) and/or insulin dependents and/or expectant mothers
• Participants under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs can’t participate
• NOT INCLUDED: octopus, lobster, king crab, whole fried fish, steaks and alcoholic premium brands

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Weather Cancellations
If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, Participants will be offered an alternative date. If rescheduling is not a viable option, a full refund will be issued.

Cruise Ship Guests
If your cruise ship misses the port, your booking will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. If your cruise ship changes its arrival date, your tour will be rescheduled to match the new date keeping the same time or an alternative time based on availability.
